TRANSPOTATION MODES
Rail transportation is typically used for long-distance shipping. Less expensive than air transportation, it offers about the same delivery speed as trucks over long distances and exceeds transport speeds via marine waterways. In fact, deregulation and the introduction of freight cars with larger carrying capacities has enabled rail carriers to make inroads in several areas previously dominated by motor carriers. But access to the rail network remains a problem for many businesses.
GAS-PHASE
polymerization Processes
Flow diagram of Reagal polymerization Processes using stirred bed
001

Gas-phase polymerization Processes are widely used to produce polyolefins. They use either continuous-flow stirred-bed or fluidized-bed reactors. Unlike slurry and solution processes, in WERNA PP process (Novolen Technology) no liquid phase is present in the reactors, only vapor and soLids. This makes the gas-phase process simpler, because there is no solvent or liquid monomer to separate from the polymer, purify, and recycle

002

The polymerization in the WERNA PP reactor is carried out in gas phase utilizing evaporative cooling at a production rate of 10 t/h for homopolymers in a 50 m3 reactor. The reaction Temperature is adjusted to 80°C. Reactor pressure is adjusted to about 30 barg and is controlled by adjusting the fresh propylene flow rate

003

For the production of homopolymers, fresh propylene after being purified in C3-splitter, is fed to the reactor via bottom header and dome spray. Hydrogen is also added to the reactor bottom through recycle gas header. Co-catalysts (TEA and external stereomodifier) are fed to the reactor via the same header.

004

The Z/N catalyst is provided via separate feeding system and is flushed with White Oil into the reactor either via the reactor wall or alternatively to the top feed nozzles.Propylene vapor is continuously removed from the top of the reactor, condensed and pumped back to the reactor.

005

Liquid propylene that is fed back into the mixed polymer powder evaporates immediately, thus removing the heat of polymerization. The polypropylene product is discharged to the discharge vessel by reactor pressure. In the discharge vessel, polymer powder and the carrier gas are separated and the pressure is reduced to generally less than 2 bar.

006

The carrier gas is directed through a cyclone to remove the major amount of solid carry-over and then filtered to remove residual polymer fines.Depending on the downstream requirements, TEA is deactivated by adding steam or Isopropanol to product. The deactivated carrier gas is compressed and sent to the monomer recovery unit or recycled to the reactor.

007

A rotary feeder transfers polymer powder from the discharge vessel to the purge vessel. Residual monomer is removed from the powder with a nitrogen purge. The monomer is sent to monomer recovery unit.

008

Polymer powder from the purge vessel is pneumatically conveyed by nitrogen to the elevated powder silos upstream Extruder.

009

PP-powder is fed together with solid additives to the extruder for homogenization and pelletization. Liquid or molten additives are added downstream the degassing barrel. The extruder applied is twin screw extruders (co-rotating).

010

In contrast to other technologies, NOVOLEN deactivates the catalyst by adding water to the extruder, using the High temperature for fast decomposition and a vacuum degassing for the volatiles generated during extrusion. They are collected and sent to either the flare (gas) or to the wastewater treatment plant (liquids).

011

The PP pellets from extruder are sent to deodorizer where the hydrocarbon content of pellets in presence of steam and nitrogen will be dropped sufficiently giving FDA assurance for food and medical grades. From deodorizer, PP pellets are conducted to pellet cooler. Downstream of the pellet cooler, blending silos are installed to ensure lot–to–lot conformity for product delivery. Depending on the logistics strategy, these silos can also be used as bagging silos.

012

After being fully blended, PP pellets are sent to bagging silos from which they will be let bagged and packed into 25 and 750 kg bags. In parallel, the facilities of truck loading of PP pellets have been foreseen inside plant.

Werna infinity shareholdings with the organization of the specialized department of oil and gas; currently has the ability to supply and export products of this field. Iran With the world's first oil and gas reserves has the opportunity to supply and export all products and its derivatives.

With regard to the activities and prospects of Werna in the field of oil and gas and the possibility of supplying these products due to the fact that these largest reserves in the world are in Iran, Holdings is currently operating as a supplier of these products and its derivatives in international markets.

BITUMEN

The bitumen product is one of the products of the oil field. Bitumen is usually used in two areas of road construction and insulation. About 90 percent of bitumen is used in road construction, and insulating.

Werna is currently active as a supplier and exporter of this product in the markets of East Africa, Central Asia, India, Eastern Europe and China with various grades and analyzes.

GASOLINE (D2)

Gasoline is one of the products of oil distillation towers. With regard to the refinery and oil reserves, the Islamic Republic of Iran is one of the world's largest producers of good products.

Considering the capacity of the country in Iran on the one hand and the need for international markets for this product, on the other hand, Werna infinity share holdings as one of the exporters of this product in the analysis of Sulfur 0.5 and Sulfur 1 is working.

BASE OIL

The base oil is said to be a lubricant as a lubricant. The most important component of the lubricant is the volumetric base oil, and in terms of weight averaged over 95% of the lubricant's formulation. Some lubricants (compressor and hydraulic oils) account for 99% of the oil as base oil and only 1% of it is an additive. Base oils can be obtained from petroleum or non-oil sources. Most of the basic oil in the world comes from refining crude oil.

The major components of the base oils are paraffinic, naphthenic and aromatic compounds. At present, Werna is active in exporting base oil products with analyses of 100,150,300,500,600,700 SN to various international markets.

MOTOR OIL

Motor oil is one of the most widely consumption of petroleum products that is generally request. Considering rich and large oil industry in Iran, the ability of production of this is high.

Werna as a manufacturer of all types of heavy and light motor oils has the ability to supply products to the domestic and aboard markets in bulk and various sizes of barrels.

GAS PRODUCTS

Werna infinity shareholdings with the organization of the specialized department of oil and gas; currently has the ability to supply and export products of this field. Iran With the world's first oil and gas reserves has the opportunity to supply and export all products and its derivatives.

With regard to the activities and prospects of Werna in the field of oil and gas and the possibility of supplying these products due to the fact that these largest reserves in the world are in Iran, Holdings is currently operating as a supplier of these products and its derivatives in international markets.

LPG

LPG or Liquefied Petroleum Gas is alleged to contain of two butane and propane gases or a combination of them, which is kept in liquid form. Usually, small amounts of compounds such as propylene and butylene are also present in liquid gas. The country is one of the world's largest LPG producers because of its second largest gas reservoir. Therefore, the Werna Group is able to supply and export this product to international markets.

This gas is used in many places, as it is easy portable where it is not possible to use other sources of fuel.

  • Homes for cookers and heating appliances
  • Factories for furnaces and burners (and in some of them for the second fuel)
  • Industrial and commercial kitchens
  • Gas ignition system (IGNITION) of gas turbines in combined cycle power plants
  • Second fuel for cars
